Tour DVT05a: REAL VIETNAM CENTRAL HIGHLAND (5D4N)

Schedule: PLEIKU – KONTUM – DAKLAK

Day 01: Arrival ….. Pleiku Airport – Kontum (-/L/D)

Morning: Welcome and pick up guests at Pleiku Airport. Then, transfer to Kontum.

Noon: Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon:  13:00 Visit Wooden Church, Rong House (Communal house), Konk’tu/Konk’lor village. Discover the Bahnar ethnic group’s cultures.

Evening: 18:30 Have dinner with local dishes at a local restaurant. Spend the night in Kontum.

• Accommodation: Konk’lor hotel or similar.

Day 02: Kontum  – Pleiku – Buon Ma Thuot (B/L/D)

Morning: Have breakfast at hotel.

08:00 Check-out and continue the trip to Pleiku, visit Pleikep Village, Jarai’s cemetery. Discover the Jarai ethnic group’s cultures. Visit Tea Plantation, Phu Cuong Waterfall.

Noon: 12:00 Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: 13:00 Move on the journey to Buon Ma Thuot + have sight-seeings on the way with the plantations of coffee, pepper and rubber. Arrive at hotel in BMT, check-in hotel.

Evening: Have dinner at a local restaurant and spend the night in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 03: Buon Ma Thuot – Don Village  – YokDon Park – Buon Ma Thuot (B/L/D)

Morning: Have breakfast at hotel.

08:00 Depart to Don Village, visit Elephants’ Cemetery, Suspension Bridge and Ede Traditional Long house-on-stilts (Communal house). Discover the cultures of the M’nong Pre, Ede and Laotian.

Noon: 12:00 Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: 13:00 You either choose 01 of the 02 following activities:

+ Option 01: Visit YokDon National Park. Start the trek (about 2 hours) to explore the park’s fauna and flora system. Enjoy the boat trip on the S’repok river (about 7 km).

+ Option 02: Have an elephant care tour (about 3 hours): Start the “elephant care tour”. First, we use the electrical car to go deep into the forest (about 10 km) to look for the elephants. We walk/hike until we see the elephants. Discover and study about the elephant and its habitats. Explore the diversity of the Park’s fauna and flora system.

16:30 We go back to Buon Ma Thuot.

Evening: Have dinner at a local restaurant and spend the night in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 04: Buon Ma Thuot – DrayNur Waterfall – Lak Lake  (B/L/D)

Morning: Have breakfast at hotel

08:00 Check-out and continue the trip to visit DrayNur (swimming is possible).

Noon: 12:00 Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: 13:00 We go to Lak Lake.

15:00 – 16:00 Visit Le/Jun village. Discover the M’nong R’lam ethnic group’s cultures.

16:00 – 17:00 Go FISHING and enjoy dug-out canoe on Lak Lake.

Evening: 18:00 Have dinner with the host and spend the night at homestay (house-on-stilts).

Accommodation: Homestay (house-on-stilts).

Day 05: Lak Lake – Buon Ma Thuot Airport – Departure (B/L/-)

Morning: Have breakfast, enjoy JAR WINE making tour (about 2 hours). 11:30 Check-out.

Noon: 12:00 Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: 13:00 Visit Yang Tao village, discover the pottery arts made by local people.

14:00 Enjoy coffee + Free + Relax. Then, move on the journey to Buon Ma Thuot Airport for your onward flights to …
